I met Marly Bird way back in 2015 when I went to Stitches Texas. While I was pregnant with my son. Boy that was an adventure!
She was teaching a class for aspiring designers and although I wasn't at the very beginning of my design journey, that event kickstarted a passion that has only grown since then!
Marly is also a ton of fun just to be around. I shared a lunch table with her and Patty Lyons one day and I think my cheeks hurt from laughing so much for hours afterwards!
So when I had the opportunity to be a part of her 24 Days of Quickies event of course I jumped at the opportunity!
What exactly IS it, you ask?
Well, it's basically a blog hop! With free patterns, of course!
Each day between December 1st and the 24th will feature free crochet and knitting patterns plus a fun bonus that she calls a Holiday Armadillo!
I can't wait to see all the cool patterns and featured designers this year - can you guess what mine is going to be??
