. . . Online Classes . . .

I've recently delved into the realm of video thanks to an invitation from Skillshare and I'm excited to see where this chapter of my crochet career will take me! The learning curve is fierce, though, particularly with a new baby, so please bear with me as I learn more about filming and editing. But I have SO many ideas for classes, so I hope to share more with you soon.

In the meantime, if you have any suggestions or even requests for classes, I'd love to hear them!

Crochet Basics: From Skein to Scarf
In this introduction to crochet, you’ll learn the first two basic stitches of crochet as well as how to start and finish a project while practicing on a simple dishcloth. Then apply what you have learned to make a fun scarf in your favorite color!
Texture in Single Crochet
Learn how to single crochet into the front and back loops only to create texture in your crocheting with a simple but timeless scarf.
Color Pop Crochet
Jump on the Caron Cakes bandwagon with me and play with COLOR! This blanket is a simple modification of the traditional granny square that it lends itself really well to experimenting with higher contrast colors because the rounds are weighted differently.
The Chameleon Scarf
Learn to create a beautiful woven fabric with the linen stitch while you crochet one of my most popular designs! Worked in the round lengthwise in a variegated yarn with long color changes, the Chameleon Scarf is a simple but mesmerizing project that will leave you wanting more!
