Crash Courses with Connie Lee: Treble Crochet Video Tutorial

At long last, I've started making tutorials again! It seems like it's been windy every day for a year but now that it's warming back up again, I decided I need to just get back out there and see what I can do!

So here we are. I had to round out the basics with a look at the treble crochet first, which is what I'm sharing here today, but I'm excited to move on to new stitches and techniques like the linen stitch and standing stitches and POST stitches, yeah! Is there something you'd like to see? Let me know!

I "got to" do this one a couple extra times because of distractions like wind gusts, beep-beep-beeping delivery trucks, and some oblivous dude tromping by me on the trail not once but TWICE! Next time I should just ask for a model release.

My motivation to get back to filming tutorials comes from a couple different places, but it's mostly for my students. I want to be able to offer them resources outside of the classroom (my number one go to is still Tamara Kelly's tutorials over on MooglyBlog.com) and being a military wife with all the inevitable moving around means that online tutorials and classes are a way to not only stay in touch with all the wonderful folks I meet in my classes, but a way to keep sharing my love of crochet with them, too!

So here's my next tutorial, filmed across the road in a park behind our house here in Williamsburg. Enjoy!
