So, I got a bit distracted with other goings on and got behind with my nail art, but I'm catching up! The prompt for October 17th was witches and I was so in love with my sparkly green base that I just couldn't stand to cover it up with a bunch of stamping! So I kept it simple with a pair of witchy boots and striped leggings, of course.
I started with a couple coats of Julep's Oxygen Smoothing Base Coat and then layered on three to four thin coats of Con Limon by Floss Gloss to build up a nice solid green. Two coats of Rainbow Honey's Glow Cloud and I was mesmerized!
Stamping was done with Bundle Monster plate #BM-H07 from the 2013 Holiday Collection and their black creative art polish. Then I carefully added some holographic purple, which is unfortunately hard to see in the picture, with Delores by Julep and just a tiny dot of Winter for the buckle. Then I made myself stop! Are you impressed with my restraint? Because I was!
Isn't that green FABULOUS!? I adore it. I don't want to have to take them off!
